Duties, taxes and customs

Import duties are paid by us when your parcel enters the US (DDP), so there is nothing to pay at the door.

If a courier asks you to pay anything on delivery, don't pay it. Email hello@example.com with your order number and a photo of the notice, and we'll sort it out with the courier.

Customs forms: every parcel carries the item description, value and country of origin that customs needs. You don't need to fill anything in.
