Tracking isn't updating

This is normal for international parcels:

• The first scan can take a day after the courier collects it.
• Tracking often pauses while the parcel flies between countries and goes through customs. It usually picks up again in your country.
• Couriers sometimes hand over to a local delivery service for the last stretch. The tracking page usually links to it.

When to contact us: if tracking hasn't changed for 7 business days, email hello@example.com with your order number and we'll chase the courier.
