Who we are

Made to Adore Jewelry is run from India. Contact: hello@example.com.

What we sell

• Artificial (fashion) jewelry: a base metal with a gold-tone or rose gold-tone finish, set with pearl-look beads and coloured or clear stones. It is not solid gold, not natural pearls and not precious stones.
• Product pages: each one lists what we know about that piece.
• Photos: they show the design. Small differences in finish and colour between screens and pieces are normal.

Placing an order

1. Add pieces to your bag and go to checkout. You don't need an account.
2. Enter your email, phone and delivery address, choose a shipping speed and pay through Razorpay.
3. We confirm by email. Your order is accepted when payment succeeds.
4. If we can't fulfil it, for example because a piece sold out at the same moment, we'll refund you in full.

Prices and payment

• Currency: prices are in USD.
• Payment: taken by Razorpay when you place your order.
• Price errors: if a price is clearly wrong, we'll contact you before shipping, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.

Changing or cancelling an order

• Before it ships: email hello@example.com as soon as possible with your order number. If the order hasn't been packed yet, we'll change or cancel it.
• After it ships: it can't be changed. You can return it under our returns policy.

Delivery

• Timing: see Shipping & delivery. Delivery times are estimates.
• Duties: Import duties are paid by us when your parcel enters the US (DDP), so there is nothing to pay at the door.
• Tracking: follow your order under Your orders (the person icon at the top of every page) or on the Track an order page.

Returns and faulty items

• The process: see Returns & refunds.
• Faulty, damaged or wrong items: we refund or replace them free of charge. We usually decide from photos; if we need the item back, we pay for the return.
• Change of mind: a flat US$6.00 return fee applies.

Your account and order lookup

• No password: you can sign in with a code we email you. Anyone with access to your email inbox could sign in, so keep your email secure.
• Order lookup: finding an order by its number and email shows its status and tracking, but never the full address.
• Private links: order page links are private. Don't share them publicly.

Using the website

• Use it lawfully: don't try to break into, overload or copy the site, or place fraudulent orders.
• Our right to cancel: we may cancel orders we reasonably believe are fraudulent, and refund them.
• Our content: all photos, text and designs on the site belong to Made to Adore or are used with permission.

Not for children

Our jewelry is designed for adults and isn't intended for children under 13. Small parts can be a choking hazard.

Our responsibility to you

• Within the law: we're responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms, as far as the law allows. Nothing here limits rights you have under your local consumer law.
• Limit: we're not liable for losses that weren't foreseeable, or for business losses. Our total liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it, except where the law doesn't allow that.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one shown when you placed your order.
