Duties, taxes and customs

Duties and import taxes are prepaid with your shipping (DDP), so the courier won’t ask you for brokerage fees.

If a courier asks you to pay anything on delivery, don't pay it. Email hello@example.com with your order number and a photo of the notice, and we'll sort it out with the courier.

Customs forms: every parcel carries the item description, value and country of origin that customs needs. You don't need to fill anything in.
