I entered the wrong address

How to fix a delivery address.

Before it ships: email order@madetoadore.com straight away with your order number and the correct address. We'll update it.
After it ships: email us anyway. We'll ask the courier whether it can redirect the parcel. Couriers sometimes charge for redirection, and we'll tell you the cost before anything is charged.
Returned to us: if a parcel comes back to us because of an address error, we'll reship it to the correct address once you've paid the new shipping cost.
