Every order ships from India with tracking. Here's how long it takes, what it costs and what you'll pay at the door (nothing).
How long it takes
We pack orders in 1–2 business days, then hand them to our courier in India.

Those ranges are honest estimates from the courier, not promises. Customs checks, public holidays and weather can add a few days. Product pages and checkout show the dates for your order.

Tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email when your order leaves us. Orders over ₹10,000 may need a signature on delivery.

Lost, late or damaged
If tracking hasn't moved for 7 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email order@madetoadore.com with your order number. We'll trace it with the courier, and if it's lost we'll resend or refund it.
