How we fix a mix-up.
Email order@madetoadore.com with your order number and a photo of what arrived. We'll send the right piece at no cost to you. Usually you won't need to return the wrong one; if we do need it back, we'll send a prepaid label.
If the right piece has sold out, we'll refund you in full.
