How to return a piece

You have 30 days from delivery to start a return.

1. Email order@madetoadore.com with your order number and which pieces you're returning.
2. We reply within 2 business days with the return address. If the item is faulty, damaged or wrong, send a photo instead: we usually refund or replace it without needing it back.
3. Pack it unworn, in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings must be unworn.
4. Send it with tracking, and keep the receipt.
5. We refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of the parcel reaching us.

Costs:

• Faulty, damaged or wrong item: free, and usually no need to send it back.
• Change of mind: we refund the price minus a flat ₹99.00 return fee.
