I missed the delivery

The courier usually leaves a card or message, and either tries again or holds the parcel at a nearby depot or pickup point.
- Follow the courier's instructions on the card or tracking page to rebook delivery or choose a pickup point.
- Couriers hold parcels for a limited time, often around 5–7 days, before returning them. Rebook soon.
