Shipping & delivery
Every order ships from India with tracking. Here's how long it takes, what it costs and what you'll pay at the door (nothing).
How long it takes
We pack orders in 1–2 business days, then hand them to our courier in India.

Those ranges are honest estimates from the courier, not promises. Customs checks, public holidays and weather can add a few days. Product pages and checkout show the dates for your order.
Duties and taxes
Duties and import taxes are prepaid with your shipping (DDP), so the courier won’t ask you for brokerage fees.
We ship duties and taxes paid (DDP) wherever the courier offers it, so you won't get a brokerage or GST/HST bill on delivery. If a courier ever asks you for payment, don't pay it. Email us and we'll sort it out.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email when your order leaves us. Orders over CA$200 may need a signature on delivery.

This store ships within Canada. Use the country switcher at the top of the page for our other stores.
Lost, late or damaged
If tracking hasn't moved for 7 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email hello@example.com with your order number. We'll trace it with the courier, and if it's lost we'll resend or refund it.
