Signing in to see your orders

There's no password to remember.

1. Tap the person icon at the top of any page.
2. Enter the email you ordered with and tap Email me a code.
3. Type the 6-digit code from the email.

You'll see every order you've placed, with status and tracking. That device stays signed in for 6 months. Tap Sign out on the same page to end it, for example on a shared computer.

Good to know:

• Expiry and attempts: codes expire after 10 minutes, and each code allows 5 tries.
• Email security: anyone who can open your email inbox could sign in, so keep your email secure.
