Artificial jewellery isn't right for everyone's skin.

1. Stop wearing the piece.
2. Email hello@example.com with a photo within 30 days of delivery.
3. We'll treat it like a faulty item: a full refund, and you won't need to send it back.

We don't call pieces hypoallergenic or nickel-free unless a lab test report backs it up. The product page will say so when it does.
