How we keep your order private

Order links, lookups and sign-in, explained.

Order page links are private. Each contains a long random code that can't be guessed. Only you get the link, in your emails. Don't post it publicly.
Order lookup shows only your city and country, never your street address.
Sign-in codes and sessions are stored only in scrambled (hashed) form, and codes expire after 10 minutes.
Payments happen with Razorpay. We never see your card number.
