Change or cancel an order

How to change your address or items, or cancel, before it ships.

We pack orders within 1–2 business days, so contact us quickly.

Before it's packed: email hello@example.com with your order number (MTA-…) and what you'd like to change. We can change the address or items, or cancel for a full refund.
After it's packed or shipped: we can't change it. Once it arrives you can return it under our returns policy.

You can see whether it has shipped under Your orders (the person icon at the top).
